Here is my amature attempt work in progress. Far from finished and not too good. It has been 30+ years since I tried to paint anything. But is is fun to try to get back into the swing. Keep sharing yours as inspiration.

for 30+ years off that is pretty damned amazing!

I can't paint to save my life. (ok I painted a few guitars but, that's different LOL)

I started taking a art class in my town at this art academy to better my skills and i must say its paying off. We start off learning the basics as if we have never done anything art related and learn the proper ways to approach things. (I never learned this stuff in highschool or college so to learn it now is an eye opener)

Currently need to finish three black and white photos before moving onto black and white painting. These are only drawn with the charcol pencils and nothing else, just alot of blending and using grey scale. None of these have erase marks or smudging of any tool.

Each picture is cut into strips and we need to just draw each strip creating the image itself as you go along.
