Thanks a lot for all the help btw!
NP, good luck! I'm sure you'll enjoy which ever one you end up going with

It's an easy swap on the vette. As long as they didn't alter the hanger positions, it should be equally easy in the Camaro. You'll need to tap a vacuum source off the back of your intake manifold, but that's no biggie. There are already aftermarket controllers which allow you to manually switch between open and closed muffler positions, so those should work from the get go w/ the Camaro as well.

My Link in the 1LE concept drawing... Need to see it in person, or at least a better picture...

Do you have any information on the 1LE? Will I be able to get one without the microfiber steering wheel and shift knob? Will I be able to get rid of the black hood? Are order for 1LE also May 10?

Agree. Theres only been 1 or 2 sets of aftermarkets I actually liked as good or better than stock.

Then there is the ZL1 wheels...I love those.

Inside, the 1LE package incorporates the ZL1’s flat-bottom steering wheel, trimmed in sueded-microfiber and designed for easier heel-and-toe driving on the racetrack. The quick-acting, short-throw shifter from the ZL1 is also trimmed in sueded microfiber.
The ZL1 after complaints made this an option. I hope this is an option. This is what it looks like in a ZL1.

This looks like a teenage girl drives it. I am not sure I can live with the seude.

This interior from the press release I like and it doesn't look like the one up top.

Just my $0.02, but since the paint and interior colors from the Dusk Edition Camaro from SEMA are now available for 2013, what are the odds that the wheels from that Camaro are the new 20" style? Just a guess/speculation on my part, but would make some sense, no?

My thoughts exactly. I haven't paid for those things yet for my 1LT, and the leather wrap isn't that big of a deal but the PDIM and remote start being standard now kinda irks me. That's a few hundred bucks right there.

The '12 has things standard or new that the '10 and '11 don't have as well (like the spoiler and tinted rear lenses all the way down to the LS trim, power seats on both sides in the 1LT, the leather trimmed dash, etc.) so I can't complain too loudly. It's all good.

Would be nice to be offered a loyalty discount to upgrade things for existing owners, where possible (like the previously mentioned PDIM, remote start, MyLink radio, etc.).

So you expect car companies to not improve their cars every year? Sorry but that makes zero sense! Every year they need to be making improvements to stay competitive!
