Got me too. "MSRP"... but didn't say which "MSRP". Dealer won't honor introductory price.

Tired of having to go thru every deal that has an unusual twist and then telling myself: "Live and Learn". Not even sure if we had Law degrees we'd know where the pitfalls and potholes are.

Did you try to argue it? I'm almost certain that my dealer is going to try and charge me the new MSRP but I'm going to argue the crap out of it. Once I find out he's been invoiced I'm going to ask him for the final numbers and when he comes back with the higher price, I'm going to inform him of the correct price and provide the documents posted on here. I'll also make a phone call to the 1800# and DBC if I have to. It would be one thing if it was just the DFC change but I ordered IOM so that's a few hundred dollar difference.

With the destination, rally stripes and MXO increases, I'm looking at $330, so yeah, I'll be fighting hard for that credit....upfront! Don't know what the outcome will be, but I'm optimistic because, unlike what John Cox with GM Accessories stated, my dealer got no call from a distributor verifying the order before delivery, therefore he was not able to change the body color matched engine cover for the VR I want. He has however told me they would get a VR for me and swap it for the black. Guess it all depends on the integrity of each individual's dealer....shouldn't be that way.

Tried and it became a classic pissing contest. Unfortunately I did not have the documents posted here. Decided that if they wanted to be pr!cks about it I would deal with it in my own way, at a time that would be convenient to me. Nuff said about that.

This is a classic fail on GM's part typical of this entire ordeal. Like another on this thread mentioned, even a degree in law would be no guarantee of avoiding the potholes of this process. What a nightmare.

Hey GM, how about you contact your dealers and straighten this out?

there are dealerships that care more about cash than their customers. and there are people out there willing to pay more for "your" car

nothing you odered matters until/unless there is a signed contract - basically paper completion to walk away with the vehicle. nothing can even be done legally unless a contract was completed at the time of that price.
