Best Marvel movie to date. Joss set the bar high for the sequel.

Going back next weekend to see it again.

YEP! My wife an I saw it and LOVED it.

She's a huge X Men movie fan and she agreed this was WAY better than any other Marvel movie to date.

We are probably gonna go see it in IMAX this week

Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the movie until (SPOILER IN WHITE TEXT BELOW!!)

These supposed uber-powerful army of aliens are able to be killed by a bow and arrow and a 100 lb woman with no super power punching them in the face. If they are killed so easily, why didn't the military just take them out? They sent one hummer with 6 dudes while Scarlett Johansson is out there killing off aliens with two pistols and two tiny fists. I guess I just expected more struggle out of the, "epic" battle at the end. I also thought it was stupid that, after being taken over by one of these alien souls or whatever, all they had to do was hit them on the head. Really? That's how you free someone from being possessed by an alien, hitting them on the head?

I did enjoy how much comedy they used though, it was pretty enjoyable overall. Those details above just bothered me though. Seemed like they built up the whole movie to a disappointing climax.

Saw it Saturday. Great movie!
Just make sure to get there early. We got there only 10 minutes early(bought tickets online) and ended up in the front row. Not a great view..

one thought occured to me: obviously Nick Fury's flying fortress comes from the comics...but if S.H.I.E.L.D. has that...is Tony Stark's Iron Man armor that remarkable? LOL

Acura is making a killing by showing off their cars in these Marvel movies. I was seriously impressed by how good the NSX Roadster looked at the end of the movie.

But the movie itself sets a whole new bar for future blockbusters. Outstanding flick.
