Engine options
Fellows i do'nt know where y'all read, that there would only be two gen V engines for the autos, because what i read said that there will only be two gen V V8 options for the trucks and that will be 5.3 and 6.2. My understanding is that the Corvette, Camaro will have the same no.of engine option as in 2013,but it will be the generation 5 engines.I could be wrong

While it would be nice it is highly doubtful in the 5th gen run. As for being the face of the company we need to get real here. GM just set a record breaking quarter of 1.3 million vehicles sold. Corvette & Camaro have sold less than 60,000 units combined for the entire half year. GM sold 14,000+ other vehicles per day.

Yes you could be wrong we are saying there will only be two engine displacements available for the Gen V in the V8 department..what they do for performance due to application is where the variants will be. |

There's no replacement for displacement, give me the LS7 in a 1LE for under $45,000 and I will trade in my 2012.

You don't have to believe that they will come out with the Z/28 in the 5th Gen, but those here do and you won't change their minds. There is still 3 years before the next gen.....that's a lot of time for things to happen
