Well I've tried not to mention their name in hopes of a resolution on their part but screw them, it's been too long. Arnell Chevy in Burns Harbor Indiana. Way to much to explain but basically they have the worse customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I wouldn't recommend them to my ex wife's attorney, that's how bad they are.

I was so lucky the salesman owned one , and was a Camaro nut , he showed me EVERYTHING on the car and how to work it.

He really knew his stuff.

Wiesner Huntsville in Huntsville, Texas is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned.

I bought both my 2012 LT and my 2012 SS there....and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality purchasing/financing/service experience.

Actually that was the first time I had ever encountered a dealer not writing the pricing down.

Hell every car purchase I have been apart of after the test drive and what not the first thing the salesmen has always done is get a piece of paper and write down all the numbers for a out the door cost

One dealer here did that to my ex mother in law, locked her in the owners office and wouldn't let me in to help her with the deal. They also took her keys to her car and wouldn't return them until she made a deal. They sold Chevys and Caddys then, but GM got so many Complaints about their practices they shut them down, now he sells Fords and Chryslers.

Levis Chevrolet in Slidell, LA gets a 10 for sales and 9 for service. Felt like pulling teeth to contact someone there to get the tonneau for the top that was supposed to come with the car, but they handled it when I brought it in. Maybe they are just that busy. Either way, I would strongly consider buying from them again.

Flemington Chevy in Flemington, NJ was awesome. My sales guy, Brett Mannon, was a great guy. Very friendly, never pushy. Had an overall great experience there. Really accommodating. Car didn't have floor mats, so he made sure to get all four in the day I picked the car up. I don't think I would work with anyone else. Definitely worth going out of your way to shop there.

My dealership; Terry Marxen Chevrolet Cadillac in Flagstaff, AZ went above and beyond.

I was on deployment when I decided to buy my Camaro. My plan was to special order a 2012 before they were being built, get back from deployment and fly down to my hometown in Arizona and visit the folks and drive back to my homeport in Washington. It was a great plan until GM kept my 2012 in quality control for way to long.

I got down to AZ and had no car waiting for me. I was pissed at GM for sure, but my dealership was like:

“Hold on, we know you are pissed. How about we pay for your flight down here and back to WA… And, if you still want it, we pay for your car to get delivered to your doorstep?”
Those guys are awesome!

had someone tried that with me or my sister, someone would have been punched in the face haha.

I have seen the take the keys approach before. It resulted in a give me back my god d*** keys right now. I hate dealers, what I hate most is when they just wont listen to what you have to say.

Mine was good. I wasn't trading anything in, so that helped. They let me take my time over a couple of visits and test drive about ten V8s and V6s.

Once I had the exact specs picked out, they found it and flat-bedded it from a neighboring state.

I was getting a 'GM Suppliers Discount,' (saved me about two grand) so I think they were pretty sure I was going to buy. The whole thing was very relaxed.
