There is an entire thread in the DIY section on the HUD Mod/install that was done by 2SSRS (Ofer). It includes everything you need to know about how to install the HUD in the various Camaro models, this information includes part numbers and who to contact. The complete HUD Kit can be gotten from Patrick at GM Parts House and the Harness can be gotten from Ofer.

I would like to see some color options as well as a reticule that could target police radar (when hooked to a radar detector) or Mustangs and Chargers/ Challengers

I like the crosshair idea.
Gear position would be cool.
Maybe have the screen with the tach and MPH With a smaller section that would cycle through the other gauges, like oil psi, tran temp etc... at 5 sec intervals.
I find that i'm spoiled now and never take my eyes off the HUD to look at the other gauges.
