well Ted you can add one more to your list. saying cant read numbers, i dont know, all i know is this thing ant working. wont connect to my iphone5 now, which at first it did, but will to my wifes iphone5. how long will we have to wait for a fix

If you use one device then switch to another you must Unpair it from the first device while connected.

Yep, I'm exchanging this for the x3, just tried a few more things, disconnected the negative side of the battery and same codes. Did that, reset the device, unpaired and tried again, still nothing.

ok, did what Ted said, and its paired back to my phone. just went to play with the itsx and i got it working just sent stock tune to ted, i had sent the first one out with wrong spelling, thats way ted didnt get it, my bad, sorry Ted, i hope you get this one. anyway i found that in my case, i was getting all that cant read currant number error 0xff, if i go to info section, and read tuner, or vehicle it will read it, and when done i go to tune vehicle it will work. not sure if this will help anyone, just thought id share what worked for me.

No go, got custom tune on device, but now cant read currant numbers on itsx, called sct they said there working on new firmware but no et on it

Is anyone else exchanging for the x3? I like the itsx, just wish sct would hurry with a fix, not trying to be ungreatful for all there hard work, but, we did spend alot of money for there product. lol just hope its sooner then later.
