You seriously couldnt have dodged jail time on that one.

I've never seen anything that tops that teenage girl Nikki Catsouas that hit a toll booth in her dad's Porsche @ over 100 MPH. That poor girl was nearly decapitated. Scary.

You could smell the blood when I looked into the drivers window... Sad and scary how fragile the new Camaro really is. The tree did not stop till it got to the passenger seat... yah it made it through the firewall. R.I.P to the man that was driving and love to the family left behind."

Evidently he doesn't know how well built and safe the Camaro is. We have no idea how fast the car was traveling when it hit the tree. I'd imagine he was in the 80+ MPH range by the damage. Subjected to that kind of impact, no car is going to hold up well.

RIP
I'd guess a 100+ at minimum.

Are you typing this from some jail house computer? I hope you're not serious otherwise our justice system has failed again. Intoxication Manslaughter! If this is true you should be put away for life. After all look at the sentence you gave that girl.

I'm just going to pretend you're just looking to stir up the pot here and this is not actually true.

Who is this guy reporting this? a Ford or Dodge Fanboy? He needs to hop in one of those "new" mustangs and try that same accident and sees how he can survive that one!
it dont matter what you are driving......a wreck like that will end up the same way no matter the car.
........what an idiot.....

I know how it could have happened: Inexperienced driver that believes they have to drive like a nut to impress people, loses control and this is the end result. It happens all too often with fast cars and motorcycles. People get in over their head and get hurt or killed because of negligence and stupidity.

pretty sure most coupes would fold like that hitting a tree at high speed.

hell most sedan in the mid-size or small class.. --

if it was a DUI I won't have any pity on the guy, better him then an innocent bystander.

My first wife was killed @ age 22 by a DUI, and his car looked pretty similar, her little Rav4 (2000 model 4-door) was just a paperweight.
