Just pop the heads off and replace them with non-afm ones. Not that hard, just time consuming.

Yeah, was reading into it...
Sounds like if you are gonna do it, buy a cam first. Was hoping it was not a head removal, but there are other bits that need replacing in the valley,etc.
Stage 2 I guess.
