All it needs now is a super charger. That's a quick fix!

It's nice but it's pieces from other camaros put on this one and called a concept. Performance wise and suspension wise I dont know if they have changed anything but the accessories like spoiler, wheels, and I'm guessing splitter are taken from different models in the camaro line up and put on this one. When will we see new additions and accessories?

I'd like to see a stripped down "302" road racing concept like the early Camaros. I don't care what it's called but if this is it, I'm just not sure... I do like the idea of the upgraded suspension and exhaust but will the combo really work well on the track with 3.90 gears? I say put it up against a "track edition" Genesis Coupe and find out. :-)

That's a lot of wheel gap...
Really glad Chevy is showing up with all of these potential packages for the Camaro's. In my mind, we ask, and they answer. I remember people asking for a v6 with some additional hardware and here we go. This is a step in the right direction and thanks GM for listening!

My thoughts:
Convertible rear spoiler: not bad Dusk front splitter: looks great on v8 but awkward on v6 Hood wrap w/ exposed summit white stripe: I like the 1LE hood wrap with hash marks better Concept 10-spoke black wheels with milled face: I love the 10-spoke black wheels; I dislike the milled face 1LE suspension kit: my god look at that wheel gap! Z1 brake conversion kit: seems a little overkill for adding an exhaust system but i guess good for those who go to the track Overall: Not a fan. |

I'm not sure what all is included in that 1LE suspension kit, but if it is indeed the same suspension, it should have the same wheel gap. Example...if you use a 1" drop spring on the SS, it ends up dropping the V6 about 1.25" b/c the V6 is somewhere between .25 to .5 of an inch more gap....you end up with the exact same wheel gap.
So I don't get why the gap here is that way but who knows??

Maybe it still has V6 springs on it. Aftermarket springs should fix that wheel gap.
