Unsolicited phone calls, especially repeated ones, get to be very irritating. While my experience isn't with either Sirius/XM or OnStar, I know exactly how some of the folks complaining in this thread feel.

And particularly how the unfortunate timing of the call that OP experienced could be incredibly annoying for that reason alone. It's one of the reasons why I'm really careful about who I allow to know what my cell number is.
