After l realized it's a school spirit thing it seems a little less disturbing. Notice the USF Bulls logo on lower right windsheild, the schools colors are green and gold. Maybe it's purpose is to haul the homecoming queen in a parade.

I think its a replica because It has the GM GFX sides. But no matter what it is its horrible
