Depends on the state, you have to look up if Florida tells other states about traffic violations (most states do though).

Too many. Got one coming back from SEMA / OUSCI in New Mexico. I was out on the highway in the middle of the dessert. In Texas that means the speed limit is 70 / 75 / 80 and most of the traffic is moving faster than the posted. I didn't see a sign so to be careful I set the cruise on 73. I very polite female officer pulled me over to tell me the speed limit is 65 and strictly enforced. I asked why so low in the middle of no place. She said too many dead bodies and I shouldn't be going so fast. I mentioned that in Texas the posted would be at least 70 and up to 80 with most cars going faster than the posted. She said I am going to cite you, but it is only a $75 fine. I asked if I could pay double so I could speed on through the rest of the state. She was not amused.

I just read that in PA. if you get a ticket in another state the points do not transfer. Only time that they would is if it is a DUI or hit and run or something serious. Speeding points do not. I guess I'm good for the rest of the trip. I'm in Florida for a week and just got a ticket for going 81 in a 60.

I've been driving legally for 25 years.

Just going by the law of averages I'd say 20-25.

A few years ago Georgia combined the tag info, registration, and insurance info into one system. Before the cop even walks up to the car he/she knows if you have valid insurance and registration. I bet Louisiana is the same.

A decade or so back I was informed that only neighboring states ticketing systems communicated with each other. Not sure how it all works now. If I had to guess PA would never know if you pay the ticket online, just due to the fact that if you contested the ticket in court and won it would be a nightmare for all the states to stay in sync.

I got a speeding ticket in Illinois once, my home state didn't care but my insurance company sure took concern to it.

None since.
Im sure that one had you scratching your head.

Iv gotten zero tickets in my car. In fact I have yet to be pulled over in my Camaro.

Only ticket I have ever gotten was a seatbelt ticket when I was a passenger in my friends truck, didn't even have my license yet. Got pulled over 3 times in my S10, one for not using my turn signal(which in reality I used it, it was just broke), one for speeding got a warning and then the last one I forget what it was for but it was the coldest night of the year and the cop didn't want to stand out in the cold.

Haven't had one in years...

But I used to be young and stupid. Back in the day, I racked up somewhere around 45-50 tickets. Probably was pulled over about 200 times and most of the time was just warned. Now days, if they pull your over, you are likely to get a ticket.

Hell, I even got 5 tickets handed to me for just 1 stop. I had them coming...

Being stupid cost me a lot. Glad I finally figured it out - LOL !!!

I have got 0 tickets in my Camaro, but about 10 years ago I got three tickets in two days driving my 1992 Camaro!

I was driving across state, got pulled over in a small town, 20 over. Then I got lost a few hours later. Turned around and try to make up time. Got a ticket in another small town 30 over. Finally made it to my destination. The next day my friends and I drive to a near by city I get hit again... 20 over! I paid the last two quickly, but for got about the first one.

Four years later I get a letter in the mail. The tiny town just asked me to pay it off in full ASAP or lose my license. I quickly sent a check and haven't been caught since.

1 warning for speeding and 1 warning for using cell phone while driving all happened in Indiana then when I moved to Cali they busted me for 2 speeding tickets in 1 month period.
