Looks good! Are these exhaust tips the 3.5" or 4" outlet?

Ok - i ordered the exact parts shown in the first post. For step 5 (heat shields), which parts are these being mounted with? I've counted through it and it seems like all parts are accounted for in other steps - do I need to buy 6 more nuts and bolts to get these on?

What did you guys use to hold the sides of the zl1 diffuser In the bumper? Like when you cut the tabs in the side of your bumper what was used to hold the tabs in when they slide threw the bumper

i've been considering this for a while, and finally asked maureen at rodgers for a price quote for the diffuser. she's asking now if i want to get the heat shields and absorber too?? i have a 2013 1le if it makes a difference. do i need the shield and absorber, or is just the diffuser fine?

just finidhed this myself. got the hardware from 2SSRS@Gen5DIY. way cheaper. chevy wanted 10$ a screw/u-clip/nut. just be careful you dont cut too high with the dremel disc. theres little room between the top of the diffuser and the bumper where the tabs go through. you can just make out a couple little dips in my bumper from the cuts. i also had to recut them wider and thicker for the tabs to fit easily. I ALSO scuffed some paint with the shaft of the dremel so cut from the bottom of the bumper with the dremel. rookie mistakes lol...looks good though. just need to find a good muffler shop in the city to do the quad tips. i have the kooks axle back. bought some 3" inlet dual tips from solo performance. i compared them to a ZL1 at the dealer and theyre almost identical.

11570637 you can use these:

http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/M4_...w_p/a12742.htm

100 to a box for like 9 bucks.

And for the 11562364 clips, you can use a box of 15 (need 14) of these:

http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Pro...21187&CartID=1

You can get both shipped to you for around $30. If you buy these from GM, you'll pay over 80 bucks for what you need on these two part numbers alone.
