Whiteside is fantastic. Mike is a top notch customer service guy and also knows his craft.

I agree, Billy is really good at these cars as well ! I still wish he was at SQR, so much closer ! LOL

His new shop is being built now !

I think we are pretty lucky in the DFW area to have several quality shops available to take our cars to knowing that they will be taken care of. I have personally used ADM for the majority of work, 21st Century muscle and Whiteside for various jobs. I personally would not stray from these 3 top notch companies because I have had good luck with all of them.

ADM hands down. People bring their cars from all over the U.S. ADMs attention to detail and customer service are like none other. They did work on my '11 SS and will take my '14 1LE to em as soon as it arrives.

Texas Speed Performance refereed me to them to install all the shit I bought from TSP but was later told they don't install anymore.

I've heard both good and bad from them. I have friends in Shreveport that used to use them. I think you can probably do better. Lot's of great shops in Texas.

Thanks, I've heard 50/50 as well.

I suppose I'll look into 21st Century & LG Motorsports, both of which are a little closer to Kansas lol. I've already asked and ADM won't install parts they don't buy/supply due to liability.

When my car was at ADM, another customer brought his 5th gen in to get heads and cam to be installed by Andy. Heads were purchased elsewhere by the customer and drop shipped at ADM; Andy was pointing out all the sharp edges in the chamber which weren't deburred, mating surfaces weren't smooth, things weren't cleaned out, etc. He wasn't going to install the part as is and be liable for it, but doing extra work would mean extra costs to the customer which the customer wouldn't be happy. You can't win installing products you don't have faith in their quality control or fixing other people crappy work.

LG, Andy at ADM or LMR if you have to keep it in Texas.....Worked with all three, top notch folks and you're going to get your $$ at any of these three shops.

Good luck and let us know if you need something further out West.

Just a question but why wouldn't you consider Whiteside a performance shop?

I have done quite a bit of work with Whiteside and I make the same mistake as well. They have turned out some really sweet cars that they have performed paint, body work and custom wheels on, and I think that is how some people see their main focus is. However, they have performed a lot of suspension modification jobs and have done numerous supercharger, turbo charger and engine installs which they are more than capable of doing. I believe it is an image misconception that some people including myself, have in regards to the type of work they specialize in.

All I know is they did a badazzz job on my stripes, custom air brushed door panels and super chiller install.

I think I've seen your car on their facebook. Clean for sure.

Did you see the CTS-V they just finished?
