16k miles and changed them to nitto invo maybe had alittle tread left but made it impossible to get traction and handled like crap

I have Pirelli tires on my other car too and great service from them. I have 35k on my stock Pirelli tires now and not bald yet, no cupping either. When they get close though, I will be burning them down fast. I might check the Nitto Motivo next - seems like there were several good recommendations on them.
