BTW, I knew I had to tell my wife how to open the fuel door before she ever had to fuel up, otherwise I was getting that call...."Where is fuel door release lever?" Camaro5 ROCKS! |

While I wasn't trying to gas up I had two other people looking with me for the button release. Then my son snapped out of it and said wait...... walked around the car and pressed it and it opened.

I sure hope Nards is still tuned in... I avoid fingerprints by using a stabbing motion with a sharp screwdriver. The tool can also be used to pry it open (if the latch malfunctions), to scrape bird crap off, or to start the car if you lose the keys.
