It means the car has been completely built. I would equate it to a bar code being scanned at the end of the assembly line.

got my vin # 25152 yes can't wait. but why is my ETA 8/17 if it says I am already in transit and my dealer has the invoice.

what is up with one month ETA? Is this something new so we won't get upset if out car doesnt arrive in 10 days? because I have seen some pretty quick delivery times on here. and before it was a standard 10 day ETA that was assigned to everyone.
