Well! After having mine out of QC Hold for 6 weeks now, I can say that GM did an excellent job on it while on hold.... 1848 has had no issues at all so far! "knock on wood" .... which is easy after those pics from Domn8trx!

Built the week of April 9th. Received a call from the dealer on April 14th and received my VIN # 3625. Arrived at the dealership on June 16th and took delivery on June 22nd. 64 days from the date the dealer received the invoice and VIN # to the date it arrived at the dealership.

WORTH EVERY SECOND OF THE WAIT!

Took delivery on 6/19 at 7:00 PM after 2 months in Area 51, twelve hours later was on the way to Clearwater Fl. 8 days and 2700 miles later we were back home with no problems.

Would post pictures, but have never figured out how.

Also would like to know how to get a calendar.

It is like a reunion in here! It is good to see the Area51 / Warehouse13 escapees come back together. Congrats to all recent reciepents. Glad to see Domn8trx is back to her ol' unrestrained self. I am looking forward to a custom paint project in Oct. on my ABM should be worth showing off.

Just stopped in to say Hey and let you know I survived the month of vacation so far. My Kali has the SW exhaust installed and is sounding sweet. The GM intake upgrade is just for looks, so I do NOT recommend it to anyone unless you just want to look good. I am not about looks, I am about HP, so a new intake on order. One more set of Mods, one more week of vaca, and I will be back on regularly to keep you all entertained.

Here is my Stainless Works exhaust. It was done with the cell phone, so the quality is not that great, but you can get the idea. Also the new engine cover is painted and installed. Kali is starting to get there, and really does sound amazing. I will post the sound clip on Youtube when I get time and post the link. It is only my opinon, but I think those pix look hotter than the babes who always want their pic taken on my car. This is of course only MY opinion.
