It is because of people like this misfit that we have such an over-crowed prison system in California. In fact, the courts are putting pressure on the governor to give some of these types of characters early releases. Unfortunately, more seniors will meet this type of fate or worse if the courts win. Still, I am glad this vet is alright, can't say I care anything for his attacker. California needs more prisons, since we will always have those amongst us who want to prey upon others. May the vet live long and well.

Time to start outsourcing our prisons. We could ship these convicts to other countries and have them imprisoned for a fraction of the cost to the taxpayers!

the sad part of this is this kid could have prevented for .50 you know an axe handle massage would do this kid good

The kid probably od'd on X-Box, and needed the old man's car to go get his medical-marijuana.
