If you have a shop vac, use the leaf blower option to blow out the water from your calipers and rotors. The air coming out of the shop vac is also quite warm, so it can also help to dry out the brakes.
Other thing to do is to block your wheel and don't use the parking brake.

on the coasts the salt in the air seems to make the post wash rotor rust much worse.
this happened to me twice before I started drying with leaf blower. not since.

My GTO does that when ever i park it after driving in the wet,
It did it with the stock pads, it did it with the Hawk Ceramics, and it does it with the Hawk HP+ pads that i'm running now. |
