I believe the stock size is 94mm. Trying to get as close to 500rwhp as I can using 91 octane gasoline. Might be a bridge to far using 91 octane.

Edit: In my other post there was a reply that he actually gained some MPG with this modification. I found that interesting.
i pulled the trigger and went a similiar route as you. got a LS3 IM and had him perform his magic and send to me. i got a UDP to put on the car too! i'll be doing some science around the middle of Apr..........baseline, add UDP, add crawford style IM. it should be interesting to see how it works out on my car.

If you are referring to my post I gained MPH not MPG. I don't remember where that post was but the G and H are right next to each other so I could have just hit the wrong key??
Hope this clarifies.

Just curious if this knowledge could be applied to the fast intake and see how it performs?

A DIY would be priceless... or are we talking a machined process that is beyond DIY?

No the fast manifolds have the "Bell" a the ends of the runners in the plenum. Basically what we are trying to mimic with this mod.

Im going to resurrect an old thread. Oh well .......

So a lot of people seemed interested in doing this modification and appeared to be committed in doing so. Are there any updates or any kind of feed back after prolonged use ?

Im going to take that as a personal update......

Glad to hear that you havent had any problems with the Intake Manifold. Any noticeable difference in the performance of the vehicle and did you have your ride re-tuned after the install of the Intake Manifold?

I'm glad people are going strong with this mod, but if you had to re-do it. Would you go with the FAST intake or stay with what you gave? Hind sight , just trying to get the most out of it.
