I love one chambers......just wait until you put headers on it.
![]() From my personal experience, using a X or H pipe makes a big difference in the sound. I have one chambers on both of my Camaros. Longtubes, 2.5", x-pipe and dumped one chambers on my 99 SS and longtubes, 3" x-pipe with dumped one chambers on my 67 SS. The X pipe tones it down a little bit at idle, and gives it a more refined sound from 3,000 to the redline. A friend of mine has the same setup on his 99 Z28 as my 99 SS but he has a H-Pipe. At idle his car has a deeper tone to it than mine. Post up some in car and driveby clips.

This system is definitly not for the faint of heart! 3" into single chamber flows without a balance tube (H-pipe) or x pipe wouldn't make me happy on long tips, but it certainly sounds like your not concerned with cabin noise
Post up when you get the headers!
