This isn't a very good shot but, I ran out and took one just for you. I bought them thinking that the monolithic side needed an accent. I haven't lived with them long enough to decide for sure but I kinda like them. If I had it to do over again, I'd buy the other "shark tooth" style. We'll see.

awww...thanks for the pic...I'm a "visual" person...lol.
I like them! They look really sharp.

Since I had the gray leather seats and painted on Cyber Gray Metallic rally stripes, I opted for a little bit more of a "gray-ish" look on my gills and went with Black matt fade gil graphics. But with your black vert top, those look really snazzy!
here's a pic of mine;

recovery day after back injection procedure yesterday. I opted for NO sedation with it; what WAS I thinking? lol. Pretty rough night from the steroids...I felt as wired up as a spider monkey on meth! 2 hours sleep is NOT enough for me! lol.
Hope tonight is better; hope my car gets on that dang train pretty soon as well.
over and out!

A little bit of surprising news...the stripes on the SE are NOT painted on as I was led to believe. Damn! It's not a deal breaker, but not my preferred application.
Grrrrr. Different approach to the care of vinyl...can NOT wax...must remember this....can NOt wax...can NOT wax... lol! Some Adam's reading is a must; I think Super VRT and Detail spray will keep them looking awesome, but I'll definitely have some reading to do!

Shhhhh....I'm just going to whisper this as I don't want to jinx myself, but I think my back is definitely feeling better from this last injection.... Hope it lasts a looooong time!

I saw your post about paint and I thought, maybe you know something I don't cause I thought everything was a decal anymore. The workbench description of my DTA "Indy" stripes (nice of GM to name them after me) actually calls them "decals". I've never had them on a car before. Whoever is installng them did a great job on my car. The lines are straight, the gaps between the two stripes are even throughout and in general, they look great new. I've already used glaze on them and they seem to like that. I figure if they ever become a problem, we take them off and get whatever we want painted on.

I think what 'confused' me, was the description I read; it's the hex vent that is PAINTED BRM....so in my mind, I think I filed it away as the WHOLE VENT & STRIPE were painted to match....doh! My bad. Oh well, it is what it is, and like you said, can always get it removed and painted, which, hubby and I had already talked about if the BRM didn't "pop" as much as we had seen in the SEMA pictures of the Spring Editon in Vegas.
No end to tweaking & modding..... LOL.

I don't want to burst your bubble and I hope you're right but in my case, the "intermediate" delivery was to the stripe shop.

Yeah, I thought about that, but since my striping isn't as detailed as yours, I'm hoping she's really on the train seeing as I have THE RAIL CAR #!!!
They really NEED a status code for status xxxx; off site striping and
status xxx1: returned from striping
That would cut down on the dang confusion!!! grrrrr! lol!
