Thanks. I'm torn where to go with my next purchase. I've too many streets cars, and really love track days but aren't ready to commit to one direction or another yet. Too spoiled for choice these day, which is a good thing.

Seam welding is allowed in the general rules, so I would think it a safe bet that most if not all cars are now seam welded. Riley builds the Z/28R and I would think they would take advantage of every thing allowed in the rules.

The Boss 302R is seam welded, but the 302S is not. I have a friend who owns a 302R, and that was the reason they chose the R instead of the S model.
