It's just a little different from older cars especially. I'm at 862 miles now and feel like I'm getting it. The first week I was frustrated with being unable to shift smoothly...jerking constantly because I couldn't match revs or figure out the clutch. If I were you I would give it enough time to get acclimated to it and I bet it won't bother you anymore.
