Yeah I tried that before denting the header...it moved maybe 1/8 of an inch...not enough to make a difference.

This exhaust has almost no drone what so ever which disappointed me also because I like to hear a little bit of exhaust tone when I'm cruising, but I'm sure others will like the non drone. Overall it's a great exhaust for the money, I would suggest it to anyone who wants a full exhaust system and not break the bank.
Give it a few miles and a couple weeks, it just has to break in. With every exhaust you get, it takes a while before the actual sound settles in. But trust me, it will get louder once its broken in.

Most people will want less drone and a lower sound profile at warm idle. A muffler place can weld in 3 inch pipe instead of the mufflers for pretty cheap.....or put some 1 chamber flows in place of the mufflers that came with it. I might eventually buy some 1 chamber knock offs and have them put in place of the mufflers in the kit.
Yea after a little break in if I'm not satisfied I'll probably take the mufflers out. I saw you say you didn't have much clearance with the steering shaft, I didn't have any clearance issue, it's close but not touching, I didn't even have to collapse the steering shaft when I installed. Hope you get it worked out.

What is required, if you get the headers to use with stock exhaust? Can you use a universal high flow cat? I didn't see any cats on their website.

The headers have 3 inch collectors so you would have to reduce it into the stock h pipe. Seems like a hassle.

Just got my car dyno tuned with the cam I mentioned earlier/the manzo full exhaust/LMR CAI

454rwhp/424rwtq (SAE corrected dynojet)

definitely could get 10-20 more rwhp with little boltons. also from what i saw/heard their dyno is particularly stingy. he was expecting much less from the cars he had tuned with my similar mods.

have fun kids

So just to be clear your car only had a CAI before installing their exhaust setup? Those are quite impressive numbers if so

I know this is reviving the thread a bit, but how has the exhaust system been? Also, how long were the o2 extensions that were used? I'm pretty interested in the price if it's an alright system to mess with...just looks a little different from others is why I'm asking

Check out Top Speed Pro-1 setup - same thing (2" headers / 3" exhaust) for less $$... They are a Texas based company. Talk to Ian he's been a really good guy answering all my questions I'll be ordering from in in 6 more days

Edit:

http://stores.ebay.com/Top-Speed-Pro...A0&_nkw=camaro

Also if you call him you MIGHT be able to get a slightly better price!
