How do you get it to say shift? Ok, I found how to do it. Just put the text you want in the warning box with computer set up. We may become a dealer for Dashlogic.

I have mine set to 6000rpm and sometimes I still bang into the rev limiter when I'm in the lower gears and RPM's are going up fast. I may set the light to come on at 5900rpm to prevent that. I think it's due to a slight delay when the light activates and how fast I can get the shift done. I need to email Palmer as I can't hear any chime when I hit that RPM warning. I'll try lowering it to 2000rpm tomorrow morning and just activating it while stationary first. With no cats and the flaps open it's quite loud and I may just not be able to hear it even though it's making the alarm sound.

Does this product affect the warranty? I know you aren't changing settings, but could Chevy blame computer problems on the DashLogic?

This thing sounds awesome.

No, since it's not changing anything. I wouldn't leave it hooked on when you bring it in for service though. Since it sticks down they might hit it with their feet getting in the car.

Mine works okay, but has issues with radio display. For some reason the radio display comes up every other startup.

So, I got the dashlogic and recommended cable..works great...but can someone walk me through how to check if I am in the hi Octane table? Also, at what temp does the computer start pulling timing? I am considering the Lingenfelter 630 package with the coolant resovoir, street driven only...was not going to go all out for the HX package..I am a novice...thank you!

Just look at the pics I posted of the stock tune tables. All the answers are there. I've read about too many people having leaking caps to try the Rotofab/Lingenfelter reservoir.
