make that bottom part of your bumper flat black, use plasti dip.. lol

Autobody shop, sand and paint. Try polishing it to see how much gets removed.

Scratch my car in the same area. I bought some Dr. Colorchip and fixed the area for $40 dollars. Now I back into parking spaces with curbs.

do you have a high deductible? If not I would def go through the insurance on it.
