With a 429 and twin 76 mm turbos, running 24 lbs of boost, on C-16 race fuel, (117 octane) we managed 1440 rwhp with a manual transmission and a nine inch with 3.07 gears... No amount of meth or any other additive is going to push you to 2,000 hp at the flywheeel much less the rear wheels with a 2.9 whipple... unless it's a 500 shot of nitrous or more... it's too small to push that amount of air needed.... and the motor better be built to an amazing degree to withstand the pressures you are looking at to achieve that kind of power.... You will not long live at that level with an assembly line motor...

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt if you say that you're not trolling. But I will be honest with you.
You have displayed here that you have no idea what your attempting to do. Comments about 1800hp used almost in the same sentence with 6 speed trans, Diablosport tune, LSX427/whipple 2.9, meth to add power establish this clearly. Now having said that, there is an enormous resource here on this forum available to you but you have to come to the table with realistic goals and a certain amount of research under your belt. The guys here in this thread have been fairly patient with you so far but they'll pounce soon and it usually isn't pretty. Perhaps the best thing to do would be to start by telling us what vehicle you have, what your realistic goal might be and following that up with "where do I start". You'll be amazed at the reception you get... Good luck with your build.

Have you also decided on the 2,000HP wheelie bar & matching parachute combo?

Once you get over the 1000hp mark it starts getting VERY expensive, if you do it right and you better do it right or it will be a big waste of time and money when all goes KABOOM. Like LS7 427 said, do your research before you start making comments that aren't realistic. My car is over the 2000hp mark so I know what it takes to do this and its ALOT of time and VERY EXPENSIVE. If you are serious about making big power you have to go turbo or centri supercharger, whipple, tvs2300, slp, etc. will never get you anywhere close. Ask questions and you will be amazed at the knowledge the people on this board have and will share with you as long as you don't act ignorant and act like you know what your talking when you really don't.

It really does make 2000hp though it just dynos really low because of the extra drivetrain loss through the Diablo handheld! Also forgot to ask if you plan on putting stickers on the car? Every square inch of sticker is worth a solid 3-4 whp.
