Do all 1LE Camaros come with the RS package's features? If not, when it does, does the 1LE badging change like the SS does? I thought the 1LE is a handling/track package, and would sorta trump the RS package...if that makes sense.

You are right that the 1LE is a package just like the RS package is. They can be added together though, and it is the same as adding it to any SS. There are no 1LE badges, it still has SS badges and they change color to Red just like non 1LE RS's.

I dont know what you mean by the bold statement above. None of those things have become standard, they are only included with the RS package.

Well, for instance, prior to 2012, the RS package would add red tinted glass to the tail lights. But, my 2012 2LS has the tinted lights standard, as it trickled down to all models.

I could have sworn the HID headlights are standard now. Is it that the halo lights are the RS option. I mean...do they even offer halogen lights anymore?

The HID and Halos are the same thing and only come with the RS package.
