Thank you for chiming in on this and giving hope that you guys are working on a solution. As far as I'm concerned, the retro fit doesn't have to be power. Just a manual "pump up" seat height adjuster would make my wife extremely happy! Again, an absolutely fantastic car. We love ours! Thank you!

If your a passenger in a car and going on a trip, wouldn't you want to be able to comfortably look around at the sites without having to strain? I wouldn't say my wife is complaining that she can't see "perfectly" out the windshield, her complaint is that she can't see "comfortably" out the windshield.

That is great news, I normally don't like a whole bunch of extras, as others have said, but on this car, I think it is really needed. My wife is short, and somewhat claustrophobic, so staring at the dashboard would make her uncomfortable. She doesn't have that problem in any other cars, but this car has a much higher dash than most. Thanks for listening.

Awesome news.....

Height adjustment is a #1 issue but a driver's side memory seat is a close second. I'm 6'-5" and my wife is 5'-4". We will both drive the car equally and is sucks having to re-adjust everything when I get in the car. I deal with it in my Impala and Yukon right now so I can live without the memory seats although in this day and age I think it should be an option.

To me the 2LT and 2SS should come with both front seats being full power and also with memory settings. Yes GM....add a little more to the price for these features. Surely that can't cost all that much and for me I'm willing to pay for those options.
On that note, I totally disagree. For $35,000, this car should have already had these features. My wife's 2003 Envoy for the same price came with these options. Her Envoy also came with dual climate controls. I love the car but feel a little let down about this but only because of the amount of money spent. If I would have paid less than $30k, I wouldn't expect as much. Had my wife's 2003 Envoy not come with these options for roughly the same price, I probably would not have said anything either...

All that being said...if for some reason, GM comes out with an option to upgrade that seat to be like the driver's seat, I would certainly be interested...

Since my wife insists she tell me how to drive, I want to be sure she has a good view of the road!

For $38K you'd expect heighth adjustable seats... plus power and memory everything!

Instead of spending R&D $ on backup sensors they should have put a power seat on the passenger side. You could probably modify the the drivers side to fit but the cost

Did your envoy come with 426 hp? You are paying for different things when you buy a Camaro, so I can understand some amenities being left out. I would be happy even with a manually adjustable passenger seat, and it is only needed due to the high dashboard.

I'm not comparing the 2 cars as far as cars go. I was basically talking about a few amenities I got on one GM car that did not come on another in the same price range. Not downing the Camaro at all. Absolutely love this car. Was just surprised that the driver seat is all electronic and the passenger seat is all manual...not something you would expect from the "top of the line" Camaro in my book but that's just me. I can understand getting the "top dog" and not getting NAV screen, HUD, or Rear park assist but was just a little surprised that the passenger seat was manual for the 2SS trim level. That seems to be one of the first questions I get when anybody gets in on the passenger side and I have to explain it away with... No big deal really, just sayin' and sharin' an opinion.
