1st learn to drive.
2nd what is the benefit of "postponing" the tickets? Are you saying you are just ignoring them?
3rd find a track day if you want to speed.

Postponing them does increase the chances of the "cops' side" of the equation not having the facts straight. Nothing pisses off an overworked magistrate like having his time wasted, and a magistrate that is pissed off at the representing officer for wasting his time will sometimes toss the ticket, basically as punishment to the rep. cop.

And maybe the OP could also, you know, batch 'em up so he just has to spend one day in front of the Man instead of what was it...six?

I have nothing kind to say. You can't drive, don't learn, procrastinate, and fail to accept responsibility. Sell the Camaro, buy a Mustang with chrome "shocker" badges. As for custom plates, CANTDRV is still available in your state.

I don't know how old you are but I'm guessing under 25. I'll give this a " been there, done that " and expect you'll grow out of this phase before you turn 30.

You do come off as a younger driver. If we were just talking about one or two tickets that is one thing. Obviously you didn't learn from the first couple so there is a developing pattern here. I would also recommend a lawyer. As of right now if you were to take care of all of these tickets you would lose your license. It is not just about the tickets but whether or not you will loose your license? I think you have made yourself a target because of your driving habits. Perhaps the cops in your area have all been notified that there is a kid running around with a blue V6 Camaro that has been speeding and driving reckless in the area. He has not learned yet so be on the lookout?
I grew up in New Jersey. In my twenties I had a couple of points on my license (7-8) . I was driving a 1991 VW Jetta and back then it was costing me 5000$ a year for insurance. Each point cost me 250$ insurance premium. Some of my friends were driving other cars with more points on their license and were paying over 8000$ a year. That was over 20 years ago. I say this because I know NY must be close to those prices. Get a lawyer to help you out, and CHANGE YOUR DRIVING HABITS!!!! I did:big grin: I would also sell your Camaro and buy a used Kia. Unless you have disposable income you will not be able to pay for the insurance on the Camaro. Good Luck.

Normally my advice would be hire a lawyer and be prepared to pay 3-4 times the face value on the tickets to get them reduced as much as possible...

But 2 things come to mind.

1. I don't know if a lawyer would be able to help you much, with a stack of tickets that tall, you're going to lose your license.

2. I don't know If I want you to keep your license, I make my living on the road, and don't really want to share it with anymore folks like that.

I would rather have a root canal than listen to people explain why they didn't deserve their tickets.
