I run the Street R's at 17-19 psi cold at the track and daily on them around 25-27 psi

How bad are these for hwy use? I believe the website says not for highway use

Highway okay.
Driving in rain, be careful. Highway in the rain, not a good idea. I just DD'd on an older set this whole season.

Agree with PSJ. I limped my car home one day in the rain. I won't do it again. Drivable, most certainly. Even hooks up to some extent on the street. Had no handling issues or "dancing" feeling so to speak.

I daily mine also.. ive been pretty good on avoiding rain but I did get caught once but I didn't have issues driving it.. now I have mine at 30 PSI on daily... might be too much? but track its around 17-20psi

Thinking about getting these for my 6th gen. If I were to use these for track only, how many passes do you think can be made on these with that small of a tread depth.

I got the ET Street R mounted on Tuesday and will be trying them at PBIR tomorrow.

gonna put on 245-55-18 fronts for semi "big and little" look. Trying them out APril 7. |
