I definitely prefer no lip on FWD cars, and small lip on RWD cars. Deep lips do look good on the rear wheels of dedicated drag strip cars, but otherwise I just don't think they look good.

Convex:
Have a look at all of the pictures above, see how the spokes curve in (towards the shock absorbers) where they meet the rim (to create the illusion of big dish), that is convex in my book.

Depends on the wheel...

Anyone know what wheels are on the pedders car?

Hey guys, anyone know what the offset is for the Camaro? I work for an OEM wheel manufacturer, and almost everything we make is above 45mm which pushes the mount surface out towards the curb side of the wheel. I am assuming the offset is kind of high since all the wheels with the deeper lip you are talking about have a convex look to them. The only way to get the lip appearance is to arc the spoke from the center of the wheel over the brake caliper and dive into the rim area. Kind of sucks, I always liked the look of small or zero offset wheels on old muscle cars since you can push the hub and spokes so much farther in. The one thing I will say for no-lip wheels is that the spokes are much longer thus giving the appearance of a larger wheel compared to a same size wheel with a lip.

Kind of funny to see fesler putting their name on a COR. I like the wheels, don't like the fes.
There is a great gallery of wheels in this thread. Thanks Jon.
