I would agree with you on principle but I am sure Brian is at his wits end. The way people drag his good name and others through the mud on this forum is ridiculous. He has offered to send replacement on items that were obliviously not his problem. Then he was bashed again. At what point do you suggest that he fight back? If I didnt know Rider from other forums and such I wouldnt be say anything but this is the ONLY Forum where there seems to be a problem with him. So logic tells me it isnt him. It is the few people on this forum.

Look we do not have to report to you what we do privately..but just know threads are watched and PM's are sent to those who cross the line etc...whether a member gets a warning/infraction and or ban is nothing that needs to be expressed to everyone.

Plus 1000+ Positive Feed back on ebay, and that is only a small portion of our business.

It would be nice to show some support to the vendors that someday Might be supporting this forum and not let things get out of control. It seems like the same couple members jumping in all over trying to bring their issues back into the spotlight. If something is done behind the scenes, a simple pm to the person being slaughtered would be nice.

I have not seen anything done as far as cleaning up any of the threads either.

Yeah I guess since you are not a Moderator you can not see the more than 6 post in this thread alone that a Moderator has already cleaned up. Just because you do not think that enough is being done does not mean that nothing is not being done. If you choose to not support this site in the future that is up to you. I am being impartial to both sides.. you have a right to defend your business and others have a right to post their experiences.

Thats all part of the business world. you cant please everybody. While I do agree that they should have taken it up with you before coming here to post their issues, that doesnt mean that we (mods) have to remove every negative post towards a vendor.

There are buyers who are not satisfied with your product. instead of complaining to the mods that we shouldnt allow negative feedback, maybe you should pm the individuals involved and work out a resolution. Bad press sucks and there are a lot of people who do like to jump on the bandwagon, but your replies to those members with problems have not shown that you are wanting a resolution outside of us removing the threads.
