Me personally like centrifical superchargers on street cars. I just don't like sudden torque hit's from the PD or turbo spool. But that is personal preference.
My own drag/street car is 1000+rwhp of turbo power.
It really is all about personal preference. All 3 of the FI options have their place and a driver that "prefers" that kind of power delivery. And who cares what their reason are! Bottom line is...they all deliver a different hit of power and it is really cool that we have all these options.

I like the huge and instant hit of a positive displacement charger. Others like the huge mid range hit of a turbo. Others like the endless top end rush of a cemtri. All kick ass.

I'm a PD charger guy...but I will say this for turbos....given unlimited funds and an extreme build, they can be made to launch hard and pull the rest of hard on the big end. Not sure if any of you guys are fans of Street Outlaws. But their top dogs in the street (1/8 mile) are turbos. The only thing that keeps up even close is huge shots of nitrous on big cubic inch engines. Never even see a PD blower challenge them on the street! But not many of us here have $150k cars. And getting to the average street builder putting $10k-$20k to upgrade their factory ride and then go race 1/8 or 1/4 miles....it seems the PD blowers start to shine. Because our Camaro's are fat and heavy. And without trans brakes and boost controllers and all sorts of other tricks...the old turbo lag that everyone pretends is "a thing of the past" is there in full force and the PD blowers are gone.

And then we have the Texas Mile. And Snappy has the rest of the field by the balls with his PD blower set up. Who would have figured??!!!!

If you want to be a dyno sheet hero and have the biggest number, a turbo will win on our gen 5 Camaro's. Out on the track for a race, or your own personal street enjoyment car....all the systems have great qualities depending on what YOU want out your car.

Welcome to C5, yes most people put them on stock motors. Spend some time reading through the forums here, that should answer most of your questions. Its recommended that you also do supporting mods to accommodate your new parts, but the kit is turn key.

Mike at Vengeance racing tuned the car and said if it were cooler he could see this kit making closer to 700 whp. Overall extremely happy with the kit and the results and it pulls like crazy!
Is this build on a completely stock vehicle? Just bolted on the turbo? Stock exhaust, headers, cam, etc?

if i dyno it on a good day it should make atleast 1200 rwhp

Can you post more info on the turbos you have? I have the base kit and I'm looking to go with bigger turbos that will support 1000whp+
