My uncle has a Leaf (all electric). If I had a long commute every day, I would justify one also. I don't so it's cheaper for me to drive gas (plus I'd always have cool cars, but not everyone is "into" cars like we). Also, to remember, not everyone who is into cars like Camaro's has a need for speed. Some of us are content not showing how much bigger and badder we are than the Prius. It only matters that we know - we don't have to prove it to the Prius driver and feed into the stereotype.

I am quite happy to be stereotyped.

I am a proud redneck V8 driving SOB and I will always be one.

I would have a mullett if I was young enough to still grow hair

Now you are creating cognitive dissonance for me as I thought proud V8 driving rednecks were not allowed in NY. Now I have to change my stereotype for NYers.
