THis may sound stupid but the 4th gens had a 10" sub stealth box. What is better or different about a 12"? Is it louder, lower, different range, more punch, what?

Also, I was thinking of doing a 10" stealth box on each side of the trunk. Is this doable? Is a single 12 better?

Should be able to get some big O subs in there.
Steve I do not have the exact measurments on the magnet of a W12GTi MKII so if you know will it fit? I know it is 10 1/4 on depth and needs 1.0 cubic for sealed. If this will fit, when are you going to be ready to ship some of these bad boys out and price?

First one went out yesterday. Both the large side box and passenger side amp rack are headed to Austin.

Headed to Austin for production or for a customer? If you mean production, when can we expect them to be available for purchase? If you mean a customer, what do we need to do to order the same?

Looking forward to getting my complete kit. I will install it this sunday and will give everyone a report. I can tell you one thing, I called Steve on Monday asked him questions, he said he would get back to me the next day and he did. Today I recieved a email with tracking information, as far as customer service, it's been great.

I have had the same experience so far with, Steve. Nothing but helpful. I am looking forward to your report.

P.S. That's quite an impressive stable you have there. It's amazing to me how well the relatively "cheap" Camaro blends in.

I have a question about the dimensions. The boxes that require zero modification, what kind of mounting depth is available for the 10" variety?

I only ask, because according to Crutchfield, the subwoofers I want to install require a top mount depth of 8.625" (Alpine Type-X Subwoofers).

Also, how do these get secured to the vehicle?

10s like that are not going to fit the depth or magnet size requirement. Depth is 7.5" Magnets no larger than 6.75". If you want a sub like that, go with our big driver's side box. It has a 10.75" depth and magnets up to 8.5".
