And sounds like you did something to the guys car in that back parking lot... Hopefully that's not the case and I just read that wrong.

I ignore most people since in Michigan we have very aggressive drivers but if someone is intentionally trying to cause harm I won't let him off. I would ram into him if it wasn't the camaro, even if it cost me a new bumper. it's worth it to me.

I don't know how you live your life, but I suggest you try to calm down a little bit. Sure, people can be aggravating, but try to just let them pass and go on. You never know when the guy tailgating you is a total whack job with a gun stashed in his car. You start a fight with a total stranger and you're liable to get shot. It just isn't worth it.

It's the "Road Rage" guys that I make a point to avoid.
But just in case, I do always keep a round chambered.

Well in CA they will tailgate in any lane. The right lane here is usually the the best to use for making up time as its pretty empty. I usually get annoyed in traffic because people start looking at their phones, thats when I get worried some fool is going to just run into the rear. I usually wake them up with tire smoke or noise. I had someone on my tail in traffic on a hill like inches at best. I let a gap build until they honked, then enveloped their car in tire smoke. Hill holding has a nice feature when you gas hard through the release. They guy next to me was laughing, not so sure about the tailgater, they backed off quite a bit.

Clearly it was missing a "not" in that sentence.

Great story. So true about the fear of getting rear ended. They also drift into your lane while trying to sneak a peak on their phones. I may have to use that one next time on a hill thanks.

when I had my mustang people were always tailgating me. Even my friends were always asking me, why I didn't drive fast all the time. My response was simple

1. Tickets are expensive
2. I know how fast my car is, I drive it everyday I don't need to remind myself how fast it is constantly

True statement. The difference between owning a fast car and not being a fool with it, versus wanting one to act like a fool. The same idiots already hauling ass on the roads in their present car. That old line comes to mind, "power in the hands of a few".

Happens every day for me. I need to take a two-lane road with a 45mph limit and double yellow lines to get to I-95 on my way to work. I usually do about 5 over, and with my luck, I generally get stuck behind some moron doing 5-10 under the limit, and of course, some piece of shit asshole doing 20-30+ over behind me...

At least once I get on 95, I get a bit more breathing room. I generally cruise at the speed limit (70mph), but at least I have the decency to keep to the right whenever possible.

However, one night while I was heading home from work, I had some scumbag in an Accord decide that 70 was too slow for him, and felt it was necessary to follow me about a half-foot from the rear bumper of my Challenger. Apparently, this guy was too stupid to notice that the center and left lanes were completely open for him to pass me, and we were miles from any exit. After putting up with this for a couple of minutes, I switched off cruise control, put the car in sport mode, and let off on the gas. I watched the speedometer go from 70...65...60...it wasn't until we were at 50 (minimum speed limit here), that he FINALLY decided to signal to pass. When his car was halfway into the next lane, I gave him an impromptu demonstration on just how far down he was in the automotive food chain...
