Does anyone have the Big Type R or Specter TWM shift knob with the shifter extender? I would like something that sits a little higher, and my hand is too big for the typical "ball" (hold the pun) style shifter.

Had a custom adapter made at work. The knob sits a little higher than I expected and I think the boot needs to attach lower. May have to modify and try again.

Here is mine, it's a bit tall to be honest. Has anyone come across a shorter upper chrome stick to drop the height of the aftermarket hurst?

Didn't like how high the knob was after adding a custom adapter so I cut 3/4" off the shaft. Now it sits where it should. I still think the boot looks a little too high, but I think I can live with that.
