I already had my Camaro when I wanted to shake things up.
So I purchased my favorite girl a massive set of twins.

Almost 48 and I've always been into muscle cars between Camaro & Firebird I've owned 7, plus a Vette. I plan to have at least one for the foreseeable future!

I bought my Camaro at age 40. Three weeks after undergoing open heart surgery.

Bought mine at 30. I tell everyone it's a midlife crisis.

I bought mine not long after I turned 50. I'm 53 now... I have never owned a cool car before but I always appreciated and admired them from afar. Marriage was on the rocks but I went ahead and bought the car anyways and we split maybe 3-4 months after that. And I still have it.

The Ex was a bonified tree hugger so me pulling this gas guzzling monster in the driveway only succeeded in throwing gas on the fire of a bad situation. Oh well this is a fun car and I don't feel old driving it either.

In my life I have seen so many guys with cars meet women who get jealous of the car, guy sells car, woman leaves anyhow - so that said -
I think it should be like this - boy meets girl, girl gets jealous about car, boy needs to find another girl. Period.
My 2015 1LE is the 55th Camaro I have owned, and I have a few other toys in the barn too, mostly old. Wife and I have been together for 28 years - I told her early on that I am a car guy, a gear head, and that wouldn't change. She gets that - always knows where to find me - in the shop, swaps and shows and not in the bars.
Congrats on the Camaro. Enjoy it, it's not a mid life crisis, it's you saying "I want to have some fun in a cool car", as well you deserve to do!!

Dang.. I need to find me a sugar momma.....

I had my first Camaro at 19 a 1994 Z-28 w/t-tops. Had it less than 2 years and started a family so priorities took over. Then 21 years later I bought another at 40. My wife was on board and even became the baller in the negotiations. luv her to death.. and I love my wife too.

I bought my SS in November at age 55. Though I'd always admired Camaros, I couldn't ever afford one, with family obligations and so forth. The 25%-off sale my local dealer offered made it impossible to resist any longer. My dear wife said yes, and the rest is history. Age is nothing. You're as young as you feel. Don't worry about societal expectations. Just enjoy the heck out of your car.

I don't think 35 is a mid life crisis age. I bought mine when I was 32 and things were great and they still are!

Grats on car. Congrats on not settling for a woman that doesn't want you to be happy. Not like you weren't making paper for the two cars before lol.

I bought mine at 24 seven years later my girl likes it, wants to go out in it, wants to take it to the track etc... She drives the mom car cuz that's her jam she likes boxy mom cars. It is the young mans corvette haha the vette is midlife crisis, goodluck man!
