Hey dont drag me into your fight...lol... quick tip for ya..use the tips of your fingers and heel of your palm to shift...it will make your shifts quicker..less exaggerated movements will get you a tad bit quicker..relax and release the deathgrip on the shifter.try it out

yea i shift too fast like that and grind up second after 2nd i can get away with the quickest shift possible i may be losing a synchro or just shifting too quick
