Active Interchiller is Sponsoring G8 Extravaganza this year with 2 Gift Certificates.
Edgard Niebles and I plan on attending with 1 or more cars and hope to have a SS compete. Early plans are full demonstrations of the Interchiller and documented track results. Looks like at least one LSA G8 fitted with our Xtreme Chiller will be competing.

7th Annual Extravaganza
Mar 24 - Mar 26 South Georgia Motor Sports Park.

Look for Curt at the 7th Annual Extravaganza with his custom 1.7 gal bumper and ACTIVE INTERCHILLER Xtreme Chiller his G8 will have the coldest bumper there!

2010-2011 we sponsored C5 under former associates account so it is now 7yrs uninterrupted sponsor.
From January 2012 when AI joined the C5 community solo…

The Super Chiller uses the cars AC system to refrigerate the coolant used in water to air intercoolers same way a water fountain makes cold water. The Super Chiller automatically bypasses the original heat exchanger when AC is on with AC off it automatically uses original heat exchanger so there is nothing for driver to do. Competition model has a switch in cabin to turn off Freon to cabin AC so there is no condensation to drip from car there is also an LED to show when in competition mode.
This is a complete kit with nothing extra to buy except Freon and AC oil for installation. No cutting of main body with only a couple mounting holes to drill and trim some plastic parts. Installed system requires only 2-3oz's additional Freon. Any competent AC technician can do the install. Super Chiller kits carry a 1yr limited warranty and if installed by Active Interchiller installation caries a 1 yr warranty also. Any one that can do there own AC work can install this. First Freon is captured by approved machine then after installation is finished return to technician to vacuum system and charge with measured amount of pag oil and Freon 134A.

We have shipped to 7 countries.

ALL NEW 13” Competition Vertical Interchiller Kit for G8 / SS Sedan. This one is direct fit Maggie with H/E bypass. Nothing cut and does not interfere with washer tank or H/E. Only 2.2' AC hose bolts direct to frame rail.

Our CTS V kits have nothing visible under hood and ZL1 and ZR1 only 1 formed aluminum line.

Levi, bracket racing in CO with our Chiller since 2015 with just in car mods,

Quote from 16
Just like to update that my Zl1 was the quickest and most consistent 5th gen at the local club track rental. I also won a trophy bracket race and went to the 1/8th finals in the pro bracket class last weekend. The chiller is a game changer in this scenario and works flawlessly! Couldn't be happier and proud to buy a chiller from the USA!

Keep in mind they are 8,500 DA… This ZL1 is running 10" lower and 2.5" upper! That is 39deg IAT2 after a 1/4 mile pass on service road.

Do you guys offer this reservoir for sale separately? I could use one for my G8. Good chance it will fit as they are basically the same chassis... though I do have fog ligths. I could be the test mule!

That was a one off build and it did not fit the G8 bumper but you could get one made, its a good location but you loose your radiator reservoir.

Ah okay. FIgured I'd ask first and try to avoid reinventing the wheel. Keeping the radiator reservoir will cut down on the volume for sure.

One of our new Installing Dealers doing his first V2 Active Interchiller. After fitting one of our competitors very expensive V2 kits and not getting IATs below 60-70deg and seeing all the hoses, splices and connections under the hood he switched to the original Interchiller with nothing visible under hood.

We Pressure Test Everything We Make With Nitrogen

4 new V2 cores ready to ship.

Custom blocks cap AC Line so we can come in from Interchiller port with pressure, hold it under water and even the smallest imperfection will show up.

Competition C6 ZR1 SHIPPING, these kits feature our CNC Denso to Tube O-ring adapters and no drill Chiller Mount. No Freon hoses visible under hood for nearly invisible installation. With the same Progressive Freon Distribution Fitting, high volume CNC adapter and #10 .5” hose on return. Our plug and play advanced wiring harness and automatic H/E bypass, for the lowest IAT available anywhere.

Our new for 17 C6 ZR1 Interchiller kit is the most complicated kit we make but every aspect of installation is covered. So many parts it is hard to capture in one picture. ZR1 has an intercooler reservoir on left side of H/E, we separate it and loop it into the refrigerated coolant just after Interchiller. Pre assembled H/E bypass uses stock GM quick connections with heat shrink clamps for a nearly factory look. Even with our dedicated ZR1 wiring harness and 1 formed aluminum line under hood it is hard to spot the Interchiller system. This kit has 4 formed intercooler hoses along with all the straight hose and we add a receiver drier since ZR1 does not come with one, 2 ZR1 kits just shipped.

Thanks for the picture from FL.

Here in FL our coolant display is around 5deg lower than IAT2 no boost that is with 7yrs testing on these same displays. Under boost the IAT2 will climb much faster than coolant so on a ¼ mile pass IAT2 may get to 112 the coolant may only be 70 – 80, that is why when you lift at 130+ your IAT2 drops back to your staging temperature before you even get off the track.

Here are a couple pictures from the original Super Chiller 7-8 yrs ago half the size of the Xtreme Chiller avalable today.
My GTO with M112 over drive to 10psi.

First Camaro I did in 2011.

From Levi in CO. where coolant is 7deg lower than IAT2
“Before the first run, the Active Interchiller chilled the coolant down to 23 degrees F after 5 minutes of idling in the pits and the IAT 1 was 115 with the hood down and the IAT 2 was 34 degrees” 81deg reduction.

Our Test Car LSA SS Sedan
Intake and Intercooler Temperature in line at drive through, 103deg reduction.
