Bye is that a ZL1?

Not sure how they get past the other stuff. But they're able to do it quickly and easily and quite often.

And yes, that was a ZL1. A heavily modified one. It was found four days later dumped on the streets of Oakland. The engine, transmission, wheels, brakes, seats, front bumper and other parts were gone.

The Camaros are stolen from all over the San Francisco Bay area. But they always end up stripped and dumped in Oaklamd or close by.

San Francisco has money and nice cars and Oakland has, well Oaklandites.

OP, most stolens in this part of the state end up in Philly or Reading. I sent your pics to some co-workers. Fingers are crossed, but the clock is ticking and if you don't find it in the first 24-36 hours it's most likely chopped.

Very sorry this happened. I think I would make it a mission to see that the locksmith does some jail time for this - sounds complicit to me.

Hate scumbags
Freaking low life scumbags.

As for Oakland yeah that place is messed up.
2 years ago my brother found the head of a teacher that went missing in his trash cans.
And bad enough he played the night befor that huge wheelhouse fire at the ghost ship. He knew every one who died in that.

He has stories of the side show parties as well. All of stolen cars show up to those befor being stripped. They donuts burnout crash cars run over people alot of the people who do the side shows are gang members and car jackers. Oakland is a messed up place for sure.

Stockton California is really bad now. When I was dropped off at the greyhound bus station there we saw 2 car jackings and had a homeless dude with a empty revolver try to rob us while waiting to be picked up for my trucking company.....
I do hope that your car is found in one peace.

Would not be surprised if he Is a fall guy probably got paid a good amount to stay quiet. If his crew has a presence in jail or county he's going to get points and good treatment from them for not talking.

New Rockies Technology Inc. has a thing to bypass passcode, vats and some other stuff. It's made to by pass them for people who are having problems with those security features. Tiger FA could'nt you call Onstar and activate it ,pay for it, then if you did'nt want it , cancel it at the end of the month??

Sorry to hear that I have a 2014' ss in South philly also. Now I am more paranoid about keeping it in the street. I already keep it parked in front of my house as best as often as possible but now they Are boosting them in my neighborhood!? How useful are the cops? Probably chopped up already if they broke into your car like that. Best of luck and curious if insurance pays for anything? I heard horror stories of cars getting stolen and being s.o.l

Unfortunately, the ease in which to steal cars is nothing new. They made a movie about it as far back as 1974. And I'm certain a '32 Ford, in 1932, was even easier to steal.
