The Chevy SS is powerful and all that, but it just LOOKS like my Chevy Malibu. Sure, there's a few things that make it stand out from the pack like the brakes and SS badging, but the cost is outrageous for something that looks like a family sedan. To each his own. I guess I'm old school. If I want a family 4-door sedan, I'll get one. If I want a sports car, the Camaro or Corvette fit the bill. Combining 2 into one, for me, is odd.

I guess Audi, Mercedes, and BMW have been getting it wrong for all of these years w/ 4 door sports cars after all... who knew.

^Not for anything, but the last two Malibu versions looked good to me (obviously). In fact, I'm not too sold on the current Malibu's styling, especially from the rear.

In general, if I'm buying a car then its gotta have a wow factor, aside from the powertrain. My cars have to look good, feel good, sound good, and have to last.

I agree, if they would of had OBM when I ordered mine in 2013, I would have one sitting next to the IOM ZL1.

And they all look like family sedans if they are the 4 door style. Those companies also have two door models that really are "sports" cars.

Some of those "family sedans" will blow the doors off your Camaro and send it crying home to Oshawa, so...

Hate to break it to you, but your Camaro isn't a "Sports" car ...

For those comnenting how one of "those" 4 doors would blow away my Camaro....thats fine. At the end of the day its still a 4 dr sedan. Its preference I dont are what it does. If it has more them 2 doors then you can have it as far as performance goes.I will keep my 4 door vehicles for loading up my hockey gear.

Something I learned from watching Chasing Classic Cars and South Beach Classics is that for a particular car, over time, two doors are worth more than four doors.

Try talking like that to a CTS-V, or better still, a Mopar Trackhawk. In these modern times, IMO that 4 door smack talk is old and doesn't really fit. The likes of a CTS-V, M5 will humble many performance 2 doors, and have respect on the street, and look good doing it.

I get it with two doors and sport feel etc., but I've also seen some incredible looking 4 doors throughout the decades that were beautiful as well as lethal. All of those styles are automobiles, and all of them essentially do the same basic task IMO.
