Stock EVO will not take you in the 1/4 if you know how to drive. Stock to Stock Camaro vs. M5...sorry but the M5 will win, they are fast and a stock Camaro SS will not win that race. Depending that the drivers are equal.

The M5 is most certainly faster than the M3. Infact if you drive them back to back the M3 feels slow....

Hey, watch it with those "killer launch control" comments. It sends shivers down my spine since my VIN is under 25K.

Should be a good bunch of races. I hope you get some good videos. That G37 will likely be the 2nd most expensive and also the slowest. I almost got one until I came to my senses after looking at so many Camaro pics. The G37's front fascia looks too happy.

Wow, very generous! What did he get?

Don't let Chris Dodd or slobbering Barney Frank hear about a company offering those kinds of cars to hard-working Americans!

Lol well it's just him and his partner that get those kind of cars (I believe). But he ended up getting the 750Li which for a big ass car that feels like 5,000 pounds it hauls pretty good.

On another note, if you compare R&T's 'article' time for the SS at 12.9 with the 'article' time of the M5 at 12.8, also very comparable times. Also, the test run they made was a 2008 M5... wonder how many miles it had, or how broken in it was already. R&T's was almost brand new. Almost guaranteed to gain 'some' ground when that Camaro breaks in...
You should stop depending on magazines for real every day runs... anyone can find the slowest time for X car and say hey this is what X car runs and thats it because this magazine said so, you will end up being very dissapointed in real life.

lol this is why you don't listen to people on the internet. people have NO IDEA what they are saying yet continue to type it...

Assuming all stock you should take all the cars pretty easy except the M5. At our local drag strip the 350z's are a mid to low 14 second car in the 95-97MPH range. The new Camro's have been in mid 13's with mid to high 100s trap speeds. The new exo's can leave the line hard and with a tune can make some easy power. But unless it has some decent mods you should be able handle it pretty easy.

Unless the M5 forgets to hit 500HP button and leaves it on 400HP they should work you over every time.
