Any ideas on what sort of development time we are looking at before Magnuson can bring a LS3 Camaro product to market? 50% more hp and torque...I think I heard that AFM is a tuning problem...
(don't quote me though) ....I get 22.7 hwy in my A4.

I would have to say...give them a jingle. Nice people and I think you are in knee deep already.

Oh...sorry about that Navi....I know you can't even give it away right now.

I thought Magnuson was working on a kit that they placed in a Pontiac G8. For some reason I thought they use a L76 with AFM.

The fiancé would let me get rid of the Navi anyway, but the gas to haul my ass from Md to VA each day could go to better things. I’d rather leave it in the driveway during the week and sell her that the L99 Camaro as an economy car for my daily drive to work. (and compared to my current 14.2 mpg, it is!)

I just realized the “Virtual 9 liter”…force feed a 6 liter by another 50% atmospheric (7.7 essentially ½ 14.7) and there you get Virtual 9 liter.
What’s the compression of your LS2 vs. the upcoming LS3 and L99? Are you able to run that 7.5 psi at stock compression with no boost in octane?

10.5/1 stock compression. 91 octane.
Yes...you calc'd the virtual size right.
There is a tvs for the G8...

Wow, I have 93 octane in my area. Maybe 7.5 psi is doable afterall. Will have to watch for forced induction options for the L99 AFM management motor. So, Wm, have to ask, are you considering giving up that sleeper GTO for a Camaro when they come out? (Probably have to give up any degree of comfort while making out in the back seat)
