Reading the fine print on the sign in the windshield:

Drawing on August 9, 2009
Benefits Leader Dog School

Looking into this further, I found that Leader Dog School is located in Rochester, MI.

The local Lions Club in Rochester, MI is:

http://www.rochesterlionsclub.org/index.html

I BET, if you want to buy a raffle ticket...just contact the Lions Club in Rochester, MI. They'll sell you one. By August 9, 2009...I'll already have my 'Maro.

After seeing the sunroof, that's now the plan.

Maybe they thought they could sell more verts this way? Some clever marketing scheme!

Thats pretty much the same webestos sunroof on most gm cars. GM doesn't make them in house.

It appears to be the same as the one on the GP. With a sloping roofline like that the spoiler type roof probly still allows for the roof brace.

Is that stable at the top speed of the new Camaro (155+ MPH?)

Or is there a clause in the owners manual about not going over ~100 MPH to prevent damage to the sun roof?

I personally never really saw the point of the sun roof...

To me, a sunroof doesn't feel as open as a convertible, t-tops or targa car, but with the design of the new Camaro, t-tops/targa tops are not a possibility.

Thats fine by me because all a sunroof does is add weight and more moving parts.

If you guys don't like, then just don't order it (unless,<gasp!!!>, it comes in the RS package) and get hardtop or 'vert.

YIKES thats a shame. I heard it was built as a air brake encase you burnt the brakes out. I would never buy another vehicle with a sunroof, have one on my truck and it is never used.

headroom is pretty limited as it is and at only 6' 2.5" I have to wait until I can actually sit in one before I can determine if I will buy. I took a test drive in different car with almost exactly the same headroom and could not get completely comfortable. I can't see Chev chopping another 1 .75" out of it for a better sunroof. People under 6' would start feeling a little cramped.

I don't agree. I never did like the door handle change because it kind of gives the doors a cheap look IMO. I can live with them though, I guess.

1. Don't like the mohawk!?! OUCH! It's cool. I love the mohawk.

2. Don't want a sunroof. The ONLY option I'd choose....and would get in a heartbeat.....is T-tops. No t-tops and I'll have to take the hardtop.

3. I'm more than happy to have the sunroof open that way to give us taller folks the greater headroom. You see, if you're 5'9", putting the sunroof INSIDE the car is no big deal....it's actually better. But, if you are 6'3" plus, it's got to work that way. Wise decision IMHO.

4. Lions club is who I need to contact??? Hells yeah!, I'll contact them!
